Killed 3 people (and probbly more in the past) before being sold to Ayutthaya.

The owner of the elephant, Somchoke Chooban, told police that the animal previously belonged to an elephant trek operator on Koh Samui.

He said he bought it for Bt 620,000 to pull logs in his rubber farm.

Somchoke also told the police that “Nathalie,” before the July 1 killings, had already killed four people, including his older brother, Jamnian Chooban, who was killed last June 9. The other three people were killed in Sichon district in Nakhon Sri Thammarat last year, he said.
