2002-01-28: Ta Horn, 65, was helping look after 100-year-old elephant Srei Pov, which means "the youngest girl," last week when the pachyderm turned on him. According to the villagers, the man was knocked down and trampled on by the elephant until he died after he tried to offer the animal sugarcane, the Koh Santepheap daily reported.
