Europe has about 870 elephants in captivity, apr. 518 Asians (64.454) and apr. 352 Africans (64.288), from these are 576 located in 148 Zoos and safariparks, and 294 in 84 circuses.

Austria , Bulgaria , Czech Republic, England, Estland, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Israel , Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland are the first to be presented on this list, which will be addad soon.
