Comments / pictures

The AKTF team and MC rangers spotted an elephant carcass during an early morning patrol in a swampy area , which meant they had to leave the patrol vehicle on dry land, more than 500 meters from the carcass. The determined patrol team managed to wade through the swamp and for several hours they worked to secure Nkoitoi’s huge Tusks. There is little sadder than seeing a fallen giant.
