Minoti arrived to the Natal Zoo Lion Park unknown date, relocated from the Brian Boswells Circus, in South Africa.

Origin

Minoti was born wild 1970. and imported 1972

Imported from Bangalore.

Imported into the UK in 1972 and then exported by sea from the UK to Australia in 1979. En route there were problems with Veterinary papers caused by the ship docking in Durban, South Africa, so Minoti was off-loaded and taken to the Natal Lion Park in Kwa-Zulu Natal.
