Sabi is a living Female ♀ African savanna elephant (Loxodonta africana) , located at the Beekse Bergen Safaripark, in Netherlands.
Sabi arrived in 2009-07-21 to the Beekse Bergen Safaripark, relocated from the Halle Zoo, in Germany.
Sabi lives together with 10 other elephants at the Beekse Bergen Safaripark:

Sabi was born wild 1985.
Sabi was the first elephant inseminated elephant cow in Europe, and her son Abu was the first european AI birth. In Vienna, she was still in free contact, and was sometimes walked and ridden through the Zoo. Later, in Halle and Beekse Bergen, she has been managed in Protected contact.
