Circus Caravan, located at Mariedalsgården, in Malmö, Sweden , opened for public in 1948. Circus Caravan closed down in 1964.
The Chipperfield elephants left Ringlings at the end of the tour and arrived in sweden on the 12th may 1964 when they went to Trolle Rhodin circus caravan, Malmo. Toured sweden, and from there the elephants went to helsinki finland on the 5th oct 1964. Cirkus Caravan in Helsinki, 1964. To the right is elephant trainer Charly Weiser. After the tour of Finland, thats when l left Trolle Rhodins circus caravan, and the elephants, after being told they would be going to america.
