Chinangama arrived the Sondelani Game Lodge in November 2005 from Pamuzinda Safari Lodge, as elephant keeper for the one-tusked bull Bonniface, and later worked in Elephants of Eden (EOE), located at Woody Cape, in Alexandra, South Africa, where he tragically was killed by the bull Gambo in September 2008.
