Karl Kossmayer , circus animal trainer in Germany

Born 1917-04-30 in Sweden dead 2000-12-24 in Germany , son of director Willy Kossmayer .

Karl Kossmayer was born on April 30 1917 at Malmö, Sweden. He came from a long line of German animal trainers.

His brother Hans Kossmayer ran a troupe of musical elephants, while another brother, Wenzel Kossmayer, specialised in liberty horses and elephants too.

Kossmeyer is well known from his comedy act "unridable mule" (Vi deo below)


Karl married famous Ice Scater Sjoukje Dijkstra, with whom he has two daughters, Rosalie and Katja.
