William Powell (born George B. Lowe), married to Margaret Lowe née Bond, Margaret Bond Lowe died 15th July 1919, Aged 43 years. They had one known child, Mona Fossett née Lowe. Mona Fossett died 7th June 1946, aged 41 years. Buried at Glenmore cemetery, Co. Waterford.
