in Australia , son of director Perc Bullen and director Lilian Bullen .

The couple Alfred Bullen and Lilian Bullen founded Bullens Circus in 1920.

Their sons Kennet Bullen and his brother Stafford Bullen ran the family business as circus proprietors after their mother died in 1965, as well as co-founders of the African Lion Safari (Warragamba) and several safri parks in Australia.
