Comments / picturesThe brothers William (d. Sept. 14, in Kingston, Jamaica), George and Frederick sons of Felix Carlo the well-known clown, had been in the circus business from childhood. Together they had managed the Carlo Brothers' Circus, and toured Australia and South America.

in 1866, While in San Francisco, William married Fanny Brown (1837–1891), the well-known actress.

Earlier by mistake, this circus was labelled as Frank Brown Circus, but according to the book Suresh Biswas- His Life and Adventures, Frank Brown was, employed at Carlo Brothers:

Frank Brown was born in England and arrived to Argentina in 1884 with the brothers Carlo circus company. He retired in 1923 and died in Buenos Aires april 24 of 1943
