Achille Zavatta , circus director in France Zavatta was born * 1915 in La Goulette Tunisia dead 1993 Ouzouer-des-Champs, Loiret, in France , son of circus director Frederico Demetrio Zavatta and circus director Emma Tholomet ⚭ Married 1934-11-15 in Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët, France, to Julia Moore born 1908 . His father Frederico Zavatta, was a circus owner, and Zavattae started performing in his familys circus show at the age of three, and later forming with his brothers Michel Zavatta and Rolph Zavatta, the Zavatta Trio. On November 15, 1934, in Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët , Achille Zavatta married Julia Moore (1908-1988) [ 3 ] , an acrobat he met at the Alfred-Court circus, where he was recruited in 1932. She came from a family that ran a circus, the Figuier circus. They divorced on June 9, 1955. He was the interval act at the 1962 Eurovision Song Contest in Luxemburg. Later he founded the Cirque Achille Zavatta. He committed suicide in 1993 in Ouzouer-des-Champs, Loiret and was interred in the Père Lachaise Cemetery in Paris.
