† Cilly is a dead Female ♀ Asian elephant, (Elephas maximus), who died at Leipzig Zoo, in Germany, of accident in 1951-07-21. Official death reason described as pushed into the dry moat. (see detailed list).

Cilly was born wild 1915-1920.


Comments / pictures

The Bull Omar pushed Cilly into the dry moat, and then walked on his body, in order to get out of the enclosure. Cilly was lethally injured and died.
